| Branch Manager – Rupandehi & Kapilvastu (few): Senior Officer/Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager | Candidates should have a Master’s Degree in the relevant field preferred or Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Management or a related field. Minimum three years of Branch Management Experience |
| Relationship Manager – Rupandehi, Kapilvastu & Nawalparasi (few): Senior Assistant/Supervisor/Junior Officer | Candidates should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Management or a related field. Minimum two years of Relationship Management Experience. |
- Assistant and Officer Level: Candidates must work at the same level or have at least one year of experience in a position that is one level below the job they are applying for in any national-level development bank or commercial bank.
- Managerial Level: Candidates must work at the same level or have at least two years of experience in a position that is one level below the job they are applying for in any national-level development bank or commercial bank.
- Assistant and Officer Level: Candidates must work at the same level or have at least one year of experience in a position that is one level below the job they are applying for in any national-level development bank or commercial bank.
Age Limit
- Candidates’ age limit must be Minimum of 18 years and Maximum of 40 years as of the vacancy deadline.
