The website is intended to facilitate Employers in contacting Employees and viewing their profiles, which outline the Employee’s experience. Placement Store™ does not issue any experience certificates to its registered members.
3. Prohibited Content
Any profile or content uploaded to the website that contains political, illegal, or inappropriate material will be rejected and removed without notice.
4. Data Security
Placement Store™ will take reasonable precautions to ensure the security of the information provided by both Employers and Employees. However, Placement Store™ shall not be held liable for any unauthorized access to, or misuse of, the information by any third party, including hacking or data breaches.
5. Accuracy of Contact Information
Members (both Employers and Employees) warrant that the contact details, including email addresses and other communication details, provided at the time of registration are valid, accurate, and up to date. Members agree to keep their contact information updated throughout their engagement with the website.
6. Prohibited Conduct
Members agree not to impersonate any individual or entity or use a name they are not authorized to use. Misrepresentation of identity will lead to immediate termination of membership.
7. Liability Disclaimer
Placement Store™ is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage that may be suffered by a Member, including but not limited to the loss of data, information, or any financial, physical, or reputational harm arising from the use of the website.
8. Privacy Policy

11. Exclusion of Placement Agencies
Placement Store™ does not cater to Placement Agencies or Consultancies. Any payments made by such Placement Agencies or Consultancies will not be refunded under any circumstances.
12. Background Verification
Placement Store™ is not responsible for any illegal activities or crimes committed by a candidate at the employer’s premises. It is the sole responsibility of the recruiter or employer to conduct appropriate background verification of candidates.
