Educational Qualifications

• DCEO: Master’s degree in management/ Economics/ Insurance/ Finance/ Account/Commerce or Chartered Accountancy with Bachelor’s Degree. Work experience in a senior manager or above level for at least 5 years in a similar industry or 8 years in the banking and Financial sector with a minimum of one year of experience in the Insurance sector is preferred.
• DGM/AGM (few): Master’s Degree in Management/ Economics/ Insurance/ Finance/ Account/ Commerce or Chartered Accountancy with Bachelor’s Degree. Minimum Experience of 5 years in related industry.
• Managerial Level – Marketing, Claims, and All Departments (few): Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies or equivalent. Minimum experience of 5 years in a related field preferably in non-life insurance.
• Officer Level – Marketing, Claims, and All Departments (few): Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies or equivalent. Minimum experience of 3 years in a related field preferably in non-life insurance.
• Assistant Level – Marketing, Claims, and All Departments (few): Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies or equivalent. Minimum experience of 1 year in a related field preferably in non-life insurance.
• Engineer/Overseer (few): Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or automobile / Mechanical / Civil Engineering for engineering and intermediate level for Overseer. Priority to those having prior work experience in insurance.
