Educational Qualifications

Name of Posts	Eligibility Criteria
Branch Managers (Supervisor to Sr. Officer) – Few	Candidates should have a minimum Graduate Degree in Management, a Post Graduate Degree is preferred At least 4 years of banking experience in Credit and Marketing functions in Banks/Fls.
Chartered Accountant (CA/ACCA)- Few	Candidates should have qualified Chartered Accountants (CA/ACCA) with ICAN certification. At least 3 years experience in Credit, Risk management departments in Banks/Fls or 5 years in an Audit Firm
Relationship Manager (Sr. Assistant to Jr. Officer)- Few	Candidates should have a Graduate Degree in Management, a Master’s degree is preferred. At least 2 years of working experience in the Credit and Marketing department in Banks/Fls

Age Limit

Branch Managers (Supervisor to Sr. Officer): Candidates’ age should not exceed 35 years.
Chartered Accountant (CA/ACCA): Candidates’ age should not exceed 35 years.
Relationship Manager (Sr. Assistant to Jr. Officer): Candidates’ age should not exceed 30 years.
